Privacy Friendly Shopping List allows you to create shopping lists and manage them. It belongs to the Privacy Friendly Apps group developed by the research group SECUSO at Technische Universität Darmstadt. More information can be found an secuso.org/pfaCreate shopping lists and managing them (adding, editing and deleting of lists and items).Further features include:– Prioritization of the list regarding importance of items. – Setup of deadlines and reminders. The reminder will appear as a notification.– Visualizing of shopping activities through a bar diagram.– Adding of categories, stores and additional notes to products. Possibility to add a product picture. This photo can only be accessed by Privacy Friendly Shopping List.– Sharing of lists and/or products as text without the requirement of special system permissions.What makes Privacy Friendly Shopping List different from other similar apps?1. Minimal PermissionsPrivacy Friendly Shopping List does not use any permission for its core functions. Only the camera permission is needed, so you can take a picture for a particular product. If this permission is denied (Android version higher than 6), the feature will not be available. All other features will be at your disposition.2. Full control over your dataAll saved data in the statistics can be deleted permanently with just a few clicks. All this data lives only inside Privacy Friendly Shopping List and can not be accessed from outside.3. Sharing of list or product data without access of the phone contacts.4. It needs work. Some things are sold by weight, but I cannot enter weight in Qty. only whole numbers. If I reuse the shopping list each week, I want to hide the products I am not buying this week, and show them again when I need to buy again. When I tap the checkbox the product is added to the statistics, but when statistic total is greater than receipt total, no way to correct the statistic, only delete all! No way to see which one checked twice by mistake. Please no case sensitive sorting!
I use it all the time. Would be nice, however, to be able to save some lists to another folder on my phone that I keep synchronized with my local NAS so I could have a few lists privately shared with my wife's phone.
Covers my needs but reminder notifications are not working.
This is a great app. It fits my needs perfectly. I highly recommend it to everyone.
simple, efficient, and more importantly focus on respecting privacy
Very nice and simple shopping app. Will be using it a lot. One critical flaw however: NO DATA BACKUP! Dev needs a data export/backup option. Else if something happens, you'll have to re-enter your lists again. Would give 5 stars if Dev adds this option. Also would be cool if you could sync your data file with a WebDAV server like Nextcloud.

Luv it. But Can't open item image ,app closed itself
Used it. But not able to delete articles when I got it. (All at once so shopping list is empty again)
